Crypto replay without future candles

ChartMini is a free browser-based crypto trading simulator for historical chart-reading and directional practice. Each session uses closed candles, hides future price action, and randomly selects both the pair and starting point.

The TradingView chart supports periods from 5 minutes through 12 months. Larger periods are calculated from the source 5-minute candles, and Next Bar follows the period currently selected on the chart.

How the crypto simulator works

1

Start a random crypto session

The simulator selects a supported USDT pair and a historical starting point while keeping every later candle hidden.

2

Read the chart and decide

Change the chart period, use TradingView drawings and indicators, then record a simulated long or short position.

3

Advance and review

Reveal one active chart period at a time, then review the session, trades, equity changes and simulated P&L.

What you can practice

  • Reading historical crypto price action without seeing future candles
  • Simulated long and short decisions with quantity and P&L
  • TradingView chart periods, drawings and supported indicators
  • Reviewing trades and equity changes after a session

Data coverage and limits

The verified release contains 2,975,557 closed five-minute candles from Binance Spot market data across a rolling window from July 17, 2025 to July 17, 2026 UTC. Twenty-five pairs cover the full window; five recently listed pairs have shorter histories.

The source feed is spot data. Simulated shorts are directional practice only; ChartMini does not reproduce borrowing, leverage, futures, liquidation, funding, order-book depth, slippage, fees, latency or real fills. Results are educational practice records, not investment advice or evidence of future performance.
